Boston Restaurant Talk – SAVR to Open in Boston’s Seaport District

It looks like yet another new restaurant is on its way to the Boston waterfront.

According to an article from, SAVR™ is planning to open on Seaport Boulevard within the St. Regis Residences luxury residential complex on Seaport Boulevard, with David Doyle (who is not the same David Doyle behind Tres Gatos and Casa Verde, by the way) being managing partner. The post indicates that the restaurant will be a “modern, spirited American bistro” with two floors of space and seating for 300, and it will offer creative takes on comfort food items along with seafood dishes and cocktails. If all goes as planned, SAVR™ could open sometime in late November or early December.
