BOSTON, July 5, 2023–SAVRTM will open at The St. Regis Residences, Boston on Thursday, July 13th where it will bring a new American bistro to Boston’s Seaport Waterfront. Led by Managing Partner David Doyle and featuring Executive Chef Danny Levesque, the restaurant offers premium cuts of steaks, fresh local seafood, handmade pasta dishes and creative comfort classics. Molded in Doyle’s vision, SAVR harkens back to the owner-operator restaurant era, and he will personally welcome guests and oversee the quality, hospitality and service that diners experience. At the same time, Levesque’s menu will offer a whimsical twist and a modern look at classic comfort foods.
The two-story space seats 300, sits directly on the water and will feature a 1st floor central bar as well as spectacular waterfront deck seating adjacent to the Harborwalk. At the top of a majestic staircase, guests will find a more intimate bar along with additional dining and seasonal wrap-around deck. There will also be a 16-person private room and adjacent terrace overlooking Boston Harbor. Residents have their own private access to the restaurant as a VIP amenity.
